Brastop is an excellent site and i was able to use discount codes as well as receiving cashback- mega bargain shopping! The site was very speedy to deliver and the cashback record was very quickly added to my account.

Had my cash back declined after returning part of my order. I ordered several items which I kept but returned 1 due to poor quality/fit. I was happy with the speed of service but disappointed they couldn't part decline instead of totally -defeats the object of using a cash back site.

Items were great and arrived within days. Really pleased with delivery and great quality. Items a lot cheaper than other retailers and all branded items. However, 3 months on and the goods haven't tracked and waiting for them to respond to cashback claim. Wouldn't stop me buying from them again though as the goods were great.

Refused to pay out - waste of time!!!!!!
Used the usual trick of claiming TCB was not the last site I used. I've been a TCB member longer enough to know how it works. Waste of time and dishonest.
I hardly get anything back from TBC these days, really gone downhill.

All seemed fine, commission showed up etc, until I returned part of my order because it was faulty, Brastop then cancelled all of my cashback. This is out of order because it wasn't my fault that I had to send one bra back because there was a problem with it. I have had to submit a "missing commission" claim.
