It takes nearly 10 months for my cashback to be showed payable with my tremendous efforts to give a nudge. The experience is not as I expected. It was generously too long although I have not claimed the cash payable, still awaiting the cash to be back to my bank account. I am hoping the cash transfer would be smother at the final step now. However, I was not given an explanation why this would take so long while I'd like to understand.

Out of the last 3 orders made with this merchant, 2 have not tracked. Missing cash back claims submitted but the oldest is 6 months old and still not resolved!

Attempted 10+ times today ordering in Boots online. All payments went through and cashback tracked, however Boots is unable to take the order. Most annoying is these failed attempts have taken up the credit limit, now i have got only £68 credits left in my card before Boots decided to clear those pending payments (which apparently will take 4 days)
