Until recently has always been brilliant and then have had several orders that haven't tracked and have had to be followed up and have taken ages to pay. Not sure why this keeps happening but it does.

It takes nearly 10 months for my cashback to be showed payable with my tremendous efforts to give a nudge. The experience is not as I expected. It was generously too long although I have not claimed the cash payable, still awaiting the cash to be back to my bank account. I am hoping the cash transfer would be smother at the final step now. However, I was not given an explanation why this would take so long while I'd like to understand.

Out of the last 3 orders made with this merchant, 2 have not tracked. Missing cash back claims submitted but the oldest is 6 months old and still not resolved!
