Boots have been very slow to get the payment sorted out.Ithas taken almost 4 months for the cash back to be acknowledged in my account.

made a purchase on 30/11/09, still waiting for the cashback to be confirmed - it's still pending. a bit disappointed in Boots, as i've made purchases with other retailers who have confirmed payment. Are Boots usually this slow or do I need to chase this up?

I have not had confirmation of purchase made on 11thDec of £20.I realize on checking my claim that the claim date was in error being for the 1st instead of the 11th
