Spent approx £50 back in early december 2009, goods arrived fine but the cashback is still pending which I think is very poor service from such a well known retailer. Will think twice before ordering with them again!

Placed order totalling £200 in September 09. £7.00 cashback tracked quickly but stayed at pending until this week, when it changed to £0.00. Boots shouldn't offer cashback if they have no intention of honouring it.
