Goods delivered to nearby store within the expected time frame of five working days. Boots emailed and texted me when parcel was ready for collection. All the contents were in order. Very pleased, and intend to use the collect from store service again.

I made 2 big purchases from Boots in Nov and Dec although both transactions tracked and confirmed they decided to put my balance at £0.00 for both. I want to know why they decided to do this.
All previous transactions went through ok.
If they dont pay me what im owed i too shall go else where.

first transaction went well, tracked and paid out quickly. second transaction was now nearly a month ago and hasn't even tracked yet - i have had to submit an enquiry about it. not sure whether it only gives you cashback on your first transaction, in which case, they're going to lose my custom!!!
