Not impressed with the time it's taking for cashback to become payable. I bought goods in December and although it tracked quickly there's no payment as yet. (end of March)Very surprised at this for such a huge retailer. What can be happening?

I ordered a pair of Scholl sandals, paying by Paypal. The e-mail telling me they were ready for collection from my local Boots arrived two days before expected, and so I can say that the delivery service is second to none. The goods were in perfect condition. I would recommend this retailer without reservation.

Ordered on 15th Dec 09, the order came promptly and was fine but cashback has only just tracked to Pending today, March 24th! And that was after submitting a missing cashback claim and 3 nudges over the months. But another order, this year, tracked within a day or two, so it seems it can be a bit 'hit and miss'. But anyway, at least it's gone through now! And the customer service is very good.
