Spent £113 with Boots in early-March. Goods arrived quickly, but transaction did not track. Submitted a claim after 7 days and have since sent 2 nudges, but still has not tracked after 5 weeks....

Good service and items delivered to the branch as requested and on time. The only downside with using the website is I cannot use my advantage card vouchers.
