Just purchased a washing machine from Boots. The product & service were excellent. Customer service called to inform you the day b4 delivery,informing you of the time slot for delivery. On the day the driver called to tell me the approx time for delivery. With cashback & advantage points it was a good deal.

Cashback tracked quickly, but delivery was rather slow - my order didn't turn up until 5 days after the indicated delivery date, and only appeared when I chased to see what was happening.

Tracked a long time after purchase, I had to cancel my enquiry when it did, Now payable took about a month to track??? and 2 to become payable. Still got it in the end.

One of the first few sales i went through topcashback to purchase and it has been a great experience. Tracked very quickly , confirmed quicker than i thought and already payable in a month. Boots website was also okay to use. item was great. If everything else goes as smoothly as this i'll be a very happy person.

Boots is as British as M&S so a trusted and respected brand. Of course you also earn boots points if you have one of their cards. I do think they could be more generous with their cashback percentage and will shop around to compare prices with other sites. Boots can be pricey and their cashback does not make much difference. If I know I'm buying something from Boots then of course I'll do it via the fab topcashback.co.uk
