Since Boots split out their cashback by department, tracking has been hit an miss. I've ordered three times in the last month, but only one order has tracked successfully, and then I believe only because it contained products from only one department. Also Topcashback make it more difficult to claim missing cashback, as the form appears to expect you to split out your order by department, but try to put more than one amount on more than one line and your missing cashback claim will be rejected. If you try splitting it into separate claims by department, you then discover that the time stamp for your order can only be used once. So inevitably if the cashback doesn't track, you end up submitting a claim using the department that best fits your order, which may not give you the correct amount of cashback. Topcashback need to sort this one out!

easy to use. Received e-mails about when the goods would be available to collect in-store. The text alert failed to arrive, but that didn't matter as I already had the information. Collecting was more convenient than waiting in for a delivery. Will use again

With so many diferent departments and percentages it is difficult to workout the cashback. I had to submit 3 different claims for the same transaction. I wont re-visit this merchant for cashback again.

Have been buying from Boots several times through TCB. Tracked quickly but take ages to pay out. Still waiting for a few payouts from the purchases a few months ago. Low rates for existing customers but can't fault their "free delivery to store" service.
