Despite my booking tracking (and since I didnt cancel obviously is a completed transaction), Booking.com still have not paid. Its now well over a year and numerous chases, Booking.Com will no longer receive any further bookings from me. As someone who spends several thousands on hotels each year, the pittance they have gained by not even lifting a finger to deal with this, will mean none will be with them. Hope the saving was worth it for you Booking.Com

First time they paid within the 11 weeks stated however the second time I am still waiting after 13 weeks....will think twice before using them again

Booking.com offer a good rate of cashback but they payment time is far too long - typically 3 months!
