Well I thought it was easy. I booked the same hotel twice for the same length of stay and only recieve cashback on one of the bookings. Thats unfair

Usually quick to pay once booked dates has passed. However, my payments always show less than my actual purchase price (which doesn't equate to VAT or anything I can work out). Difference of about £40 approx over 4 bookings!
