Farmdrop How It Works

How it works

When you place your order you can choose a delivery slot. Both one and three-hour slots are available, with free one-hour delivery available on orders over £60.

Your fresh food is then harvested and picked by farmers to maximise the taste and quality.

Farmdrop will then pack your order and deliver it to you the same day. The driver will unpack your groceries and take away any unwanted packaging.

Farmdrop Sourced

How products are sourced

You can be sure every product containing meat, eggs or dairy is either organic or free range, with animals allowed to express their natural instincts in a harmonious environment.

Farmdrop also always pay their local and fresh farmers a fair price for their products so they can farm in the most sustainable way possible.

Their farmers follow sustainable and environmentally sound farming techniques which preserve natural resources and help enrich the soil for healthier animals and crops.

Their prices

Farmdrop believe paying a little more for high quality and nutritious food which is made the right way is totally worth it.

For Farmdrop, quality means more than just flavour and freshness. It means food was grown in harmony with the natural environment, that the farmer who made it was paid fairly and the animal lived a happy life, with real freedom to roam.

Their branded price match promise means it’s now easier than ever to do your weekly shop at Farmdrop.

That’s because if you find a branded product available at a lower price at Waitrose Online or Ocado, Farmdrop will match it.

Farmdrop Packaging

Their packaging policy

Farmdrop use as little packaging as possible in their deliveries.

They use green delivery crates which can be reused thousands of times, allowing them to deliver single loose items without packaging. Herbs and salads will arrive in plastic bags.

Weighted fruit and veg will arrive in brown paper bags or fully home compostable bags or nets. They use glass jars, which can be recycled at home or returned, for breakfast items and paper trays, which can be recycled, for lunch and supper.

Milk in glass bottles from Ivy House and M*lkman can be returned in your next delivery, and Farmdrop will return it to the producer.

Their producers

Farmdrop’s producers are passionate people who grow, catch, rear, bake and make your food.

They care a lot about quality, transparency and hold sustainable values at heart, and they are all considered to be part of the Farmdrop family.

We think there are many great reasons to shop with Farmdrop. Why not see if you agree — and earn yourself up to an exclusive 10% cashback* with us?
