I ordered 2 front tyres online with Blackcircles for my BMW X5, fully fitted, great price with a 10% offer code. Booked a time slot with the nearest fitter on Blackcircles website. ATS in Chippenham. Later that evening I got an email from Blackcircles saying that their fitter would only replace 4 tyres not just the front 2 so they had refused to fulfil the order. The front 2 tyres I ordered were exactly the same make/type as the rear tyres on my car. I don’t need the rear tyres replacing, they are relatively new. My local BMW dealership has quoted to replace the front 2 tyres only with no qualms albeit at a higher price than Blackcircles. So basically the Blackcircles quote was a falsehood as they cannot fulfil the order, they have taken my personal details and my payment details for absolutely no reason and completely wasted my time. Do not trust Blackcircles.

Cashback declined. Not really surpised. Prices increased £5 per tyre on Black Friday but they did give out the usual etailer code to 'reduce' the price. Of course they decline the cashback on this order. Only saving grace is that even with the price increase, the code still reduced the price compared to pre-black friday prices.

Great service and great products HOWEVER, these are one of the dishonest companies on TopCashback who promote their cashback offers only to decline the payout despite all processes fully adhered to but will not provide any reasons for doing so. This practice extremely disingenuous and companies such as this should be removed from TopCashback.
