	I have used Black Circle three times in three years through Topcashback. I use them because of the price of tyres, but the tracking is appalling. All three times the cashback has failed to track and was rejected once without explanation.

	Really happy with all areas of my Black Circles purchase. Cashback tracked quickly and confirmed within days. My order summary wasn't correct, but I phoned them and they rectified it immediately. Excellent range of products, good value and would highly recommend third party mobile tyre fitter used.

	Cashback was refused after initially tracking but then changed to £0 a few weeks later. Put in a claim but to no avail. I suspect the reason was that I was a returning customer who had built up credits in my Blackcircles account which gave me a discount on my purchase. So it seems that if you use any credits to get a discount, cashback will probably not be paid. I suppose this is understandable, but it would have been nice to see this mentioned in the notes for this retailer.

	This is the third time I've tried to get cashback from Black Circles, and each time I have had to battle to get my cashback. This time it tracked quickly but then went to £0. There's no reason for this as I'm aware. Poor. Once again.

	Cashback was fine, but to be honest customer service was not good overall. Garage were obnoxious, damaged parts of our car (not related to tyres), fitted external weights on BMW alloys and when complained to blackcircles, the garage was eventually removed from their network and we were refunded £25. BUT the damage is still there (cracked water bottle) with the external weights and it took weeks for a resolution, so not happy, would have rather paid £20-£30 more at a different garage if i'd known....

	As stated by others cash back inexplicably declined. Have lodged a claim. It's only £2.83 but frustrating. Why advertise cash back if it's withheld. Will consider using elsewhere in the future. Used to be the best value but others such as tyreshopper just as good these days.

	Would not recommend this company at all. They failed to deliver my tyres on 2 occasions, even though I had emails & phone calls stating the delivery was imminent, and their aftersales service was appalling. In additional to all of that, they didn't honour the cashback either, so very disappointed overall.
