Ordered tyre, selected fitting time & then told the garage could only do it 4 hrs later - couldn't do. Next choice 2 days later! Went to Halfords instead - with better cashback!

Ordered and tracked but after a week Black Circle cancelled the cashback - very disappointing. However they were providing the cheapest premium tyres and their website is very easy to use so would try again.

Despite repeated requests and even email confirmation from BlackCircles After Sales manager that I was entiled to the cashback, after 2 month it has yet to appear. Ah well, their prices were excellent value though.

Cashback with Blackcircles tracked OK and showed as pending for several days then went to £0 Payable. Still waiting to hear if I will get a response as to why they didn't pay the cashback or get the 2.5% as I should have done. Blackcircles provide a good service and prices but also rely on the services of the tyre fitting establishment. In this case they fitted asymetric tyres on the wrong way round ! But this was not Blackcircles fault; it could have happened anyway if I had gone direct to the tyre outlet. Will select a different fitter next time.

I've been using Asda tyre service for years, thought I'd give blackcircles a try. I'm left regretting this decision. Having payed for and booked my tyres with a local garage a few days ago, I received an email request this morning for me to reschedule, fair enough these things happen. Booked the next available slot using the link provided. Only to have been told half an hour later that my 2nd slot was also unavailable and I'd have to reschedule for next week. After asking the person I was corresponding with to check with the garage that they hadn't double booked me or made a mistake or something along those lines as this seemed quite unusual.. the person I was corresponding with gave no response to this and just said I'll need to choose a date next week. To this I responded, next week is not much use to me unfortunately, what are my options? I.e Can I book into another garage this week or get a refund? Etc. No response. 6 hours later someone else replies and just says, again.. I'll have to reschedule for next week. Really disappointing customer service, I'm still left up in the air as to what is happening with my booking. I've requested a refund now due to the frustration and no doubt will have to waste another day chasing them up again tomorrow. AVOID and use local garages directly.

Tyre buying experience is fine, though local garages do vary in quality... Cashback declined for no reason so don't bother with them on that basis.

Rejected the cashback claim straight away, claiming I'd used a discount code. I hadn't. Then whilst this was in dispute (months) they dropped the cashback rate and barely paid out anything.

The transaction tracked fine initially, tyres were fitted by ATS no problems, then later got a cashback declined! Was only £3.86, so can't be bothered to chase but VERY annoying.

I placed an order for 4x Michelin Primacy Zero Pressure 205/60/R16 92W tyres on the 14/05/20 with an original booking date of 21/06/20. I received a confirmation email stating that Blackcircles would email me again with the exact appointment time. I never received the second email or any other communication to confirm this, so the day before my booking on 20/06/20 I took it upon myself to ring the garage where the fitting was taking place (F1 Autocentre in Crewe). They told me that they declined the order on 15/05/20 the day after I made the original order, and that Blackcircles should have been in contact with me to rearrange the booking. Blackcircles did not contact me via any method and I had to ring their customer service myself to rearrange. I rearranged my booking for 25/06/20 at 10:00am. I turned up to my appointment only for the garage to tell me that they had only sent them THREE tyres, despite me ordering FOUR. So once again I had to ring Blackcircles customer services. I once again had to rearrange and they assured me that there would definitely be four tyres waiting for me this time. My new appointment was for today (29/06/20 at 10:30am). I rang the garage at 9:15am this morning just to check if they had sent them the fourth tyre. They had not. So for the second time if I hadn’t taken it upon myself to ring the garage to check, I would have turned up at the garage for there only to be THREE tyres there yet again. So I then rang Blackcircles customer service line AGAIN but to cancel my order this time. I am absolutely shocked at how this company can mess someone’s order up THREE times, and especially regarding the number of tyres they ordered? I clearly ordered four tyres and on two occasions they happily allowed me to waste my time and turn up to an appointment where they had only sent the garage three tyres. It’s basic maths. I am a frontline NHS worker, and had a 15% NHS discount that was applied to my order. I have not been able to use my car to tra
