If I could rate lower I would. B&Q should be kicked off the scheme. They decline legitimet cashback and after lodging and winning a dispute they give you much less than the original. Bad traders.

Cashback didn't track initially but having gone through the missing claim process, they confirmed quite quickly and the cashback appeared in my account. Similar cashback rates to other DIY retailers, but B&Qs prices are generally cheaper.

1* really, but the review system is biased to favour the retailer rather than reflect users actual experience. Advertised as 'Faster paying' merchant. In reality as per earnings summary 'Expected payable 16 weeks'. Yet another case of TCB being less than truthful.
