	I was worried about not getting the cashback after reading the other reviews, but it was by far the cheapest offer so even without the cashback we were quids in, and it did track suprisingly quickly considering some of the stick the site has recieved. The car was great, nicely presented etc, i was a little surprised that we werent taken to the car so both me and the "owner" could inspect the car and for a little guided tour of the car, sounds silly but it took us a while to find the petrol cap open. The only real warning would be in the T and Cs, it mentions a deposit, fine, but it does not give a value, so i was staggered to hear the chap say 1.5k and unfortunately my credit card has a limit of 1k, so i had to buy the excess waiver at 14 quid a day, which i thought was a tad naughty.

	They are very reliable but if you book through topcashback they are around 7% more expensive so you actually are not gaining anything. A swizz I would say.

	I rented a car from Toulouse through Budget and was offered an upgrade as the band of car I had chosen short of availability. As I was happy to accept an automatic, I was given a nicer and more economical hybrid. No complaints from the service of auto europe or of Budget, although the cashback has a lot to be desired. The rental was in August and while it's been confirmed we're well into December now and it's still not payable! On that basis, I'm not so impressed with the cashback part of the deal.

	Unfortunately you can get a better quote by several pounds by NOT going through the Topcashback link !!...so what is the point ? Disappointing that this not the first time that I have found this to be the case.

	I booked and paid for car rental in april and he we are now in October and still no payment. I normally use Auto Europe for car rental but this is the first time through cashback and if they are not going to pay then there is no point in accessing them through this site.

	Autoeurope supplied a car from europecar in May 2011 from whom the service and vehicle were fine. However the cashback has never tracked or been paid despite three nudges to Topcashback. In view of the many comments posted regarding the impossibility of getting payment from Autoeurope I shall never use them again and cannot understand why Topcashback have not barred them from the site. 	Vehicle supplied was absolutely fine (although they are just a broker anyway) and the price was the lowest I could find at the time - so I guess I would use them again, but don't count on getting the cashback quickly/at all. I have used them twice and did get cashback the first time, but am still waiting for anything from my last booking 7 months ago. The only other time I have had a probelms with cashback, the Topcashback Team did manage to get it for me (thanks guys), fingers crossed they come up trumps again.

	Maybe it has been affected by lock down, but the time taken to payout was dreadful (way over all past performance data suggested by TCB). Very poor customer service when collecting the vehicle also.

	Good comparison site but rates you see through Top Cashback are higher than the what you see if you go the the website direct. Negates the need of using Top Cashback.
