Cashback declined for no reason after 4 months. I was unable to submit a missing cashback claim because it was over 60 days, a limit set by ASDA. I find this very devious of them and won't be using them again as a matter of principle.

Used to be great, but recently they have changed their T&C's so you can'r return an item, which is very frustrating considering it's difficult to get to the shops at the moment and may buy numerous things for quality/size etc

They keep shipping broken furniture items and refuse to issue the cashback because it was partially refunded. Avoid.
