Spent £109.50 on 5 items. 4 arrived damaged or not as advertised. George CS were useless. I did not receive cashback on the item worth £49 (virtually half the cost of the order!) even though the others were all returned due to THEIR error. TCB did not resolve. Will only buy in person from George now.

Hit and miss. First purchase tracked immediately second a few months later did not track at all.. No rhyme or reason as both orders were placed exactly the same way.

quick to receive cash back but unfortunately whenever something arrives broken or damaged and a replacement is sent, cash back is declined. This also happens when they cancel part of the order which is annoying as no fault of mine but losing cash back approx 10% of my orders :(
