	waste of time Had to lodge a claim as purchase didn't track, and after 9 months no response from George at Asda to the claim, and still no cashback.

	Never tracks, takes ages, one of worst Never tracked for me, (6 +purchases). Missing cash back claim takes months to be submitted and more months to finish off. Currently on 8 months for one order and on ice for another. Ridiculous

	Don't bother Since joining I've got a payment due from spetember 2025. The haven't payed any of them. They send orders in bits and on different dates if you are lucky enough to receive everything you ordered...if not you end up cheaseing them for a refund which they will do but you shouldn't have to chase them for it.

	7 months on, still waiting Cashback does not track and then the delay from George is tedious. TopCashback are great and submit your untracked claim in a timely manner but George are very slow.

	Too Slow Transaction from 13th September 2025 still not paid. Estimated time is 15 weeks, which would have put payout in January. It’s now March and still no payment.

	Slow Very slow cashback.....one in september and it's not February. Usually ok to order from but I''ve had things delayed in the past and had to chase them.

	Too slow Been waiting since September 2025. States 15 weeks but it’s now been longer than that. It has changed from Pending to Confirmed, but it hasn’t reached payable. Most return periods are around a month, so knowing that the product hasn’t been returned it shouldn’t take them an additional 3 months to pay out the cash back advertised.

	So slow to pay claims I have payments from September (4 and a half months ago) and October (3 month's ago) that have still not been paid. No help from Customer Service and expected pay back date has not increased, it still say's 13 weeks despite not meeting that time frame and CS saying delays are expected.

	Slow! Extremely slow to payout - I have cashback outstanding from 4.5 months ago. Quite often doesn't track either so have to go through customer service to claim.

	Far too slow Order is confirmed but takes far too long to pay out. Returns period is less than 30 days, so I never really understand why it should take much longer than that to pay Cashback earned.

	Second transaction stuck on confirmed Update from previous review… my first transaction from April is STILL stuck on confirmed since August, I now have a second transaction from July and has been stuck on confirmed since beginning of November. Now 2 transactions ‘stuck’ on confirmed and not reaching payable status

	Slow but it has never been declined It might be slow, but thats never been a massive issue for me. Its always been accepted and I will continue to use them because of it.

	Really really slow I've never had a problem with it tracking for George, but has been confirmed for months now. Tracked in April and is now mid-November. I've got a number of George cashback waiting to be payable, they seem to just take an absolute age to become payable.

	Never Ever Tracks I placed one order in June 2025 and I placed another order in July 2025, neither order tracked and I had to raise a manual claim for both orders. It’s now November 2025 and I’m still waiting for confirmation of both amounts of cashback. Goodness knows when or if I’ll receive payment of either/both amounts!
