Purchase never tracks
For many months now, my purchase hasn’t tracked with George at Asda. Have to claim every time and then it takes weeks, including the bonus cashback offers. I have no idea why.

Don't believe "Uplift" - claim iof the cashback is incorrect
Order generated cashback at a low level "pending uplift". I was expecting the new customer rate.
Advice on the site is that the retailer will correct the cashback by the time the claim is confirmed. This never happened and, when I raised an incorrect cashback claim, it was too late for the order to be reopened.
Moral: raise an incorrect cashback claim after a short while of waiting for the "uplift" to happen.
Not impressed by this behaviour. Butgrateful to have received something.

I've just checked the tcb Asda George:
What will stop you getting cashback. No where does it state this !

Cashback never tracks
Good value for money retailer and great for schoolwear. The main gripe is that the cashback for this retailer never tracks and there seems to be no difference whether you use the mobile or desktop site.

Never tracks these days.
Despite clearing cookies etc, Asda never tracks and I always have to submit a claim. Topcashback are very good at handling this but something needs to be done to prevent this.

I have so many outstanding missing cash back claims at the moment, none of my purchases have tracked resulting in claims. I love George for their products, the ease of purchase and click & collect but the link to Topcashback seems problematic.

Placed 2 orders and only got cashback on one order.
The first order I placed tracked fine and I was notified of the cashback quickly with topcashback.
The second order I placed a week later again showed as tracked but George did not track it and I didnt receive any cashback. It was only a small amount so couldnt be bothered to fill out all the customer service forms to get it.
But just watch out if expecting a large cashback amount as it doesnt always track.
