All recent transactions have failed to track resulting Customer Service intervention which takes a number of weeks for the cashback to become payable.

Placed 2 orders and only got cashback on one order.
The first order I placed tracked fine and I was notified of the cashback quickly with topcashback.
The second order I placed a week later again showed as tracked but George did not track it and I didnt receive any cashback. It was only a small amount so couldnt be bothered to fill out all the customer service forms to get it.
But just watch out if expecting a large cashback amount as it doesnt always track.

Never tracks
This never seems to track. The last 2 times have been with tcb bonuses. I use my iPad and as recommended use a different, non-safari browser but still doesn’t track. Luckily they do track and pay quickly when a claim is submitted. Even more luckily tcb pay out the bonus!

Bought a microwave online and did not use any other codes or discounts. Complied with all T&C's yet got a message saying my cashback had been 'declined by the retailer'. No explanation....and it's not a great microwave either ??
