Useless
Bought a microwave online and did not use any other codes or discounts. Complied with all T&C's yet got a message saying my cashback had been 'declined by the retailer'. No explanation....and it's not a great microwave either ??

Fill price delivered to my house. Declined as they’re saying I used a code/promotion

Whenever I place an order with Asda it never tracks. Always have to fill put a claim form.

Good rate of cashback, but for some reason purchases never track anymore, I have had to manually claim for my last 4 purchases. They do eventually pay but it is annoying and didnt used to be the case.
