Used to be great, but recently they have changed their T&C's so you can'r return an item, which is very frustrating considering it's difficult to get to the shops at the moment and may buy numerous things for quality/size etc

As others have said, cashback tracks ok but always declines and retailer always claims that you have used a promo code which I haven't. I regularly buy from George but TCB should remove this retailer.
