Paid out cashback at rate of 1% only and not the 5% rate for toys on the merchant page at time of order. Disputed by their agents even though the tc system when I raised the initial claim confirms the rate at the time of order was 5%. I see today (29-Jan) the rate for toys is again showing an 'exclusive' rate of 5% ending in a few days...

Majority of the time cashback is declined due to using a voucher or promo code which I have never used. Now seems to decline every single time. Very poor.

Never tracks and had to go through months of waiting only to be told they declined to pay. Well, guess what Asda - I decline to buy anymore clothes from you thanks to your nasty attitude. Good riddance!

I use topcashback quite a bit for online shopping, but for whatever reason when I buy from George it never automatically updates that I have bought items through topcashback & I have to lodge a claim for the monies due. Only have this issue with George website.
