Refusing to pay out on larger purchase
Only went with Argos as they were offering 10% cashback, for me this was £23.90, this did not track so I raised a claim, after 3 months it was declined because apparently "the network" did not identify TC as the last click.
Typical response which apparently can not be overruled. Another devious way for the merchant to refuse cashback.
Several other lower value purchases from different merchants on the same day tracked and paid out which just goes to show that Argos can not be trusted to pay out and should be removed

I'm not the only one to lose out....
Made multiple orders with Argos whilst doing everything correctly and yet my last two big purchases didn't track so I contacted customer service. They eventually came back with a "resolution" which was that Argos had denied the cashback for nothing orders.
Topcashback is now full of these retailers who promise big cashback but deny the payout once ordered!

4 of 4 purchases all denied cashback
Ordered 4 items over a period of 6 months using my Topcashback browser (it's not used for anything else so that claims can't be denied because of cookies, etc). All 4 claims were denied.

Cashback claim declined after waiting since November 2023
Argos had a special10% cashback offer so I purchased through top cashback after ensuring that the cookies and cache were cleared as I always do. But after making a claim on 06.12.23 the claim was declined. So either Argos didn't want to honour their higher cashback offer or there were problems with tcb's tracking as I have previously received the normal rate cashback.. Not happy

Flawless
I knew what i wanted and where from so signed into Topcashback and typed in Argos on search follwed the link and it was confirmed my choice was being tracked I bought my item for click and collect paid in advance and waited for collection txt and in the meantime topcashback affirmed my cashback had been tracked via email then just waited for the cash to arrive in my account easy as peeling an orange.
