Great Service
I ordered 2 2 seat sofas which were delivered quickly and good quality. With this in mind I ordered a table and 2 reclining chairs. Again quick delivery and good quality. Recommended company.

Poor aftersales service
Purchased a polly tunnel from Aosom and was initially impressed with the quality and service offered. They encourage and incentivise their customers to leave a positive reviews early on in your experience with them. Initially I'd given them 5 stars. However, 5 months later, the cover to my pollytunnel started showing signs of deterioration. Because my email to them was sent 10 days after 6 months from the date of delivery, they refuse to resolve the fault in the product. The customer service received at this point has been abrupt, argumentative and quite frankly rude. I purchased a premium product, spending a little bit more and would expect more than 5 months use from it. I now have a polly tunnel that has developed seceral holes in the cover and no ties left to hold up the door or air vents as they have all fallen off. It's not an unreasonable expectation for Aosom to replace the cover at the least, but because it's beyond their 6 month guarantee, they won't support and refuse to even sell a replacement cover to me. Very poor service, and for this reason, I'd recommend buying from a more reputable highstreet company that puts more emphasis on their customer service.
