Don't fall for the headline 10.1% discount - it doesn't exist...! It's 10.1% on the pre-VAT value only so very misleading for the standard end-user.
Other than that, good price and decent enough customer service so far. I've yet to receive the goods so cannot comment further.

I’ve had five bona fide claims rejected by American Golf with the reason being given that they cannot locate my order details, despite providing them with the correct information via the missing cash back claim. I am using an iPad with Safari, I don’t know whether this is the source of the problem but whatever the cause, it’s not great.

My son was given a gift card for his birthday. The card has no issue date, but in the small print it says it has to be used within a year. He went to use it a while later, but the card had been purchased before his birthday and it was deemed out of date so he was unable to redeem his birthday present. One very sad 11 year old. Customer service were absolutely appalling - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Despite claimed high track percentage etc., very poor performance for this retailer re payment.
Amount payablew confirmed in July 2009, now April 2010 and still not paid. Would not recommend this company.
Case claims submitted 2 times but no joy so far.

Very quick delivery. Asked if the golf bag could be delivered on a set day and they arranged this. However cashback failed to track and took nearly 5 months to come through!

Transaction tracked quickly but has been at "confirmed" status for over 6 months now - TCB are on the case but no result so far. Suggest only using American Golf if you're getting a great price before the cashback. Can't compain toooo much tho - the product I bought was at the lowest price on the web, and was delivered within 48 hrs.
