Worst company I have ever dealt with. Terrible customer service and ignore emails completely. Still trying to get a refund after a month of trying. The only positive reviews this company have are fake. Just look at the similarity and vagueness in them.

used twice for a large amount in excess of £300. Never tracked , never traced, submitted a manual claim,,,ignored. Waste of time. Use a different booking engine if you want cashback

Booked hotel back in May - still waiting for the cashback. Had to put in a manual claim and several nudges to get the cashback to even appear in my account. Still waiting for it to become payable. Has put me off using them again....

Like npil83 below I received an email from alpharooms in June stating ...."We are writing to inform you that we have ceased working with websites that provide cashback on your alpharooms.com bookings.". So don't expect any cashback.

I have been waiting since Jan 2011 for £18.78. Despite sending nudges and getting responses from TopCashBack, I am still waiting. I chose to book via Alpha Rooms as they were the cheapest when you included this cash back, but similar to other companies without. They should now honour all the outstanding claims.
