Cashback tracked eventually and got paid but there customer service at Alpharooms is DIABOLICAL - would not book with them if they were the last purveyor of accomodation in the world!!

This is a good site and often provides the best prices on hotels. My only complaint is that they now charge a credit/debit card fee, and don't provide a fee free alterantive. Even with this charge I saved money and of course, got cashback on top.

Cashback failed to track so had to put in a manual claim. Still waiting for confirmation. Just booked my latest hotel via Expedia - it tracked straight away.

Had some problems booking my holiday online. Even though paid and confirmed, it didnt go through. Very long wait to speak to customer care, but they were really helpful and efficient and sorted out the problem quickly. Overall, would recommend.

The cashback amount stated for this merchant for package holidays is 4%. I've bought a holiday for £1185.64 + card charge £11.86 and all they tracked is 32.64 GBP, which is about £15 less than should be :(

read the small print - you have to pay all the balance , upfront, immediatley!! I paid a deposit only ,before reading , so no cash back!!!!!

Beware of very poor customer service even if mistakes are their fault. They do not phone you back or respond to emails despite their automated response saying they will. We ran up considerable phone bills even in the UK trying to resolve a booking error made by them before travelling. Just imagine trying to do this once abroad. We will never use them again and strongly recommend you avoid.

had nothing but problems with this company, were left at the hotel with no transfer home, cost us 90 euros by taxi, contacted them when i got home, they will not speak to you about complaints, you have to put it in writing and then they don't reply, shocking customer service, use them at your peril
