	Many items still not confirmed even though they were ordered at the same time as others. On other hand, the retailer I used were very good in communication, fast delivery and quality appropriate to price.

	Awful company for cashback I've had so much trouble with these and they rarely pay out. It's literally just happened again and I've done all the correct steps as I know from previous how bad these are at paying out, so I've been ultra careful.

	Never seems to track properly Used AliExpress 3 times. First time tracked OK. Other two needed "missing cashback claims". One paid after about 4 months, the other still "awaiting retailer response" after over 3 months.

	Do not rely on Aliexpress Cashback Majority of cashback tracks and then gets declined weeks down the line. Large purchases don't track and when tickets are submitted left waiting for months then nothing. Would avoid this merchant for cashback.

	Don't bother Despite successfully using TopCashback regularly, I have never had an AliExpress order track or pay-out. Of my 4 most recent transactions, after raising a ticket, 3 have now come back "Unfortunately, it seems as though they have taken the decision to decline your claim as we have not been identified as the last channel to your sale." which is not the case and I am sure the 4th transaction will result in the same outcome shortly. TCB need to sort this out or remove them from the site.

	Hopeless Absolute nightmare. Have to submit every line of every order individually and then I have had to enter claims for every single line of every order I have ever made. Overall the experience with AliExpress has been absolutely awful.

	Chasback never tracks! Manual claims have been declined! I have tried hard to get purchases to track, however only 1 out 10 transactions receive cashback. All my recent manual cashback claims were declined by the merchant! Very dissapointing

	Do these ever track? Placed 3 orders during the last 3 months and none have tracked, even though various other companies claim have tracked quickly using same browser and settings etc. Had to raise a Missing Cashback Claim for each of them.

	Terrible - the purchases dont track - waste of time I make around 7 orders a days 7 days a week with this merchant as I run a business and make sure each purchase i click on a fresh link but hardly any of them track and I get sick of having to make claims on top cashback as there are so many its totally ridiculous - no point at all and top cashback should be doing more to ensure Ali Expresses systems work properly I think its done deliberately

	Chasback never tracks. Chasback never tracks. I have to submit claims manually for every single transaction. It takes ages to get it checked and sometimes it gets declined... Too much hassle to get pennies worth of cashback...

	Abysmal tracking rates Many years ago, cashback tracking for purchases from AliExpress used to be reliable. For the past two or so years, tracking success has been abysmal. Way less than 50% of transactions were tracked, and for a majority of the transactions that DID track, the cashback was well under the advertised cashback rate. TopCashBack's customer service said that I should ensure that I clear cookies or use Incognito/InPrivate browsing, I ensure I don't have ad blockers, I ensure that items will not have already been in the cart before logging in from TopCashBack, and I ensure that I don't click on links from other sites. I always do all of this, and still the tracking rates are abysmal. Saying that there is cashback for purchases from AliExpress feels to me like a gimmick.

	Awful, took money with no product ever being received absolutely awful experience. just robbed me of my money with no product ever turning up. parcel was returned to sender and despite 5 attempts with customer service they refuse to refund it despite an email from evri stating its been returned. absolutely joke customer service team, just press standard replies and hope you give up. will never use again
