While it is fair to say you will find some negative Agoda reviews below, plenty of positive remarks have been left by our members. While some people have complained about their cashback not tracking, others who have booked with the hotel service through us have clearly had no such issues. Some of the feedback you will find includes “perfect, paid on due date — no complaints from me”, “confirmed and payable within five months” and “cashback confirmed and payable within specified period”.

You will also find positive Agoda review feedback about the deals available on the Agoda site and the service provided by them. Our members have said such things as “great deals on hotel accommodation”, “great bargains to be found”, “good company with some fantastic rates. Very reliable” and “good value for money”. If you take a look on Trustpilot, you will find the vast majority of customers who have left reviews have been very complimentary, with comments including “easy and clear to book with competitive rates”, “best thing ever” and “best price and easy for booking”.

friend icon Worst cashback experience i've had with any retailer on tcb. Transaction tracked eventually, but at zero. Raised query with tcb and cashback tracked. Then back to zero because agoda rejected. So i've re-raised the claim. Don't hold out much hope, because from others' comments it's clear agoda are not to be trusted. Avoid like the plague!

friend icon I completed my transaction and it failed to track, my claim was processed and the cashback appeared as pending. Then agoda turned it down. The transaction was completed in line with their guidelines. They have misled me regarding cashback on offer, the rate should have read zero percent rather than six percent. I urge you not to use them and I urge top cashback to remove them from the list.

friend icon Initially the cashback did not track, until I raised a claim with topcashback.Com. The correct amount then appeared in the pending section for several weeks, and now it has appeared as declined by the merchant! there is no reason why it should have declined. The only reason I booked through this merchant was that it worked out cheaper then others with th cashback. I find it ridiculous that companies can get away with this, espescially with regards to the amount that myself and others have spent!

friend icon Same here - booked and stayed my trip back in march. Used agoda as there was almost £80 cashback offer (can't remember the %) - nine months down the line and they still haven't paid up. Surely, with all the complaints on this company, tcb need to review their relationship with them. It's like misleading advertising when you have done what you are supposed to (book through them and complete the whole trip) but are not getting what you are promised. Will not book with them if they decide to not pay up.

friend icon First transaction did not track, claim made and refused to pay stating"order yet to be fulfilled" as paid in full and my review of hotel published on agoda website then this is clearly untrue. They then changed reason to "another marketing channel credited" don't use if cash back expected.

friend icon Used this website to book a hotel back in february 2013 and despite submitting a cash back claim still nothing is showing as even pending. It may not have been a huge amount of money but it would appear that this is a favourite trick of theirs. I do not see how it can be justified to give them a 98% customer satisfaction rating as all I seemed to see in the last few reviews were people's disgust in their treatment by this company. I certainly would advise anyone not to book with this company through cash back site as you will never see the monies materialise. Choose any other company even if the offered cash back is at a lower level and then hopefully you will receive your monies.

friend icon Dreadful! do not use this merchant, received a pending status following submission of a cashback claim which has since been reverted to £0.00 With no valid reason. The cashback was worth over £30...Suggest you go elsewhere, I certainly will be for any future hotel bookings!
