con merchants so much for offering £15 cashback on speakers in dec 11,cashback never tracked and getting fed up of sending nudges that dont get a response would not recommend anyone buy for their cashback offers.As the saying goes if it looks too good to be true then it is.Shame on you

Cashback still has not appeared after 2 months of waiting, despite chasing them directly as well as through this site. Having spent £140 I am very unhappy and will not be using them again.

Purchase did not track so I submitted a manual request for the cash back shortly after purchase. I have now been waiting over 5 months but have not received any news with respect to my cashback. Highly disappointing, especially since I made a fairly big ticket purchase from these guys.

Cashback did not track and no got response to manual claim after 4 months waiting so have given up. Another item I later ordered turned out to be "out of stock" but they didn't tell me for a week and so I couldn't get it elsewhere in time for Christmas. It's unlikely I will use this retailer in future.
