Reduced Cashback
Promised cashback greatly reduced. Telephoning them, although polite, no chance of honouring the promised cashback. Cancelling incurred fees plus a month's cover that wouldn't cover me for problems so will leave it til it expires. Have lost a customer permanently once contract ends. TCB have been brilliant (which is the usual comment I make about them) and as helpful as anyone could be. Many thanks TCB.

Went over and above
Had a policy with them, where the boiler was just out of warranty for the heating element. They still arranged for the boiler maker (Valliant) to come out and fit the relevant part, as needed to be done by them. However, the insurance cover paid in full except for the excess. Excellent service.

Do not use
Like the previous review, I was expecting £25, which was showing as pending for months, then suddenly it dropped to £9, I challenged this, but they said it was the correct amount. I've had lots of untracked claims in the past, and this is only £15, but I haven't been so angry about missing cashback.
