The last few purchases
Wightlink started well always paying my cashback, but the last few times they just haven't and I have a lot of cashback purchases waiting to be settled. I am constantly off to customer services chasing missing cashback with this company.

Only went payable around the time we actually took the trip
Curious, bought early in 2023 but just sat there for seven months until around the time we actually traveled. Next time I checked, it had moved to payable. So all's well that ends well eh?

So far so meh
So far, not impressed! Tracked fine... and after four months it sits there in my earnings, unconfirmed with no movement whatsoever. Cashback never paid might as well not be cashback at all.
If I haven't died of old age before this progresses, I'll amend the review.

Cashback untracked, and it only allows a missing cashback claim to be filed within 30 days of the transaction.
