Bad experience
Cashback was at 10% when we booked our last breaks, it has taken an age for payment, however our cashback has been cut considerably, instead of over a hundred pounds they are only paying pounds, no explanation. Will not use again.

Confirmed but not paid
Booked a holiday November took it in February still waiting for payout. Totally understand you need to wait till you've had your holiday but 10 weeks after really. To be honest I'm due to go to another 2 Warners soon I didn't bother booking them through TCB.

I had a good holiday but for some reason they declined to pay the cashback due. Topcashback paid it to m so I am not out of pocket as such but it does make me wonder if this company honours claimsiid it

I have only bought through TCB twice and both times have had to claim. The 1st was eventually paid out. The 2nd I have been refused without reason - 9 months later!
