I would recommend vonage. The phoneline is great quality and value. I also received a 70 pound gift card for signing up and an awesome 40 pound cashback which took about 14 weeks to be payable, but all claimed now. Thanks topcashback loving the deals!

Signed up for an annual package via Top Cashback. The transaction was recorded as "pending" the following day. However it was declined 3 weeks later. No reason was provided despite following the right procedure.
I do not recommend this retailer. Appears that this is a recurring issue based on the comments of other users of this site.

Fair play to Vonage - email received from them as promised on 16 August, claim for £70 voucher submitted and further mail received yesterday (21 August) allowing me to claim. Claimed Amazon e-voucher which came the same day and is now in my Amazon account. Cashback status also changed today to Confirmed for £25.25.

I clicked through and ordered and the cashback showed but a month later it's been declined. Now put a complaint in. beware of this, I'm sure Vonage are pulling a fast one here !

Vonage is a very wicked retailer. I ordered the service and it tracked the same day. Now, after the 30 day money back guarantee period has passed, they've declined the cashback.
I know cashback isn't guaranteed but there should be some kind of legal grounds under which they should be compelled to pay cashback once a consumer has met all the relevant criteria. Essentially, it is false advertising.

Terrible experience with this merchant! They declined cashback for no good reason in my opinion. I woould avoid in future because you probably won't get the stated cashback.

it doesn't work. I have been trying the link for a week now. Every time i get to the preview my order stage - it says the site is down for maintenance and request you to call them direct to sign up. I called them up a few times was put through to indian call centre.. when i sent emails they fobbed me off saying their site is working. TCB should take this merchant off. What a con.

Cashback tracked but Vonage still declined to honour it. I feel its some kind of a scam from Vonage part to lure customers through this and then never offer the cash back. I strong urge Topcashback to remove them from the site because it appears they never honour these transactions
