Ordered PAYG Sim. Cashback tracked but then cashback was declined. I followed the rules, topped up £5. Will try lodging a missing cashback claim if I can as Sim was ordered over a month ago.

really rubbish. DIdn't pay out, despite getting SIM and doing generous topup. Call centres for Vodafone are confusing, and website impossible to register for. Would suggest using another PAYG network

Despite 3 separate requests the Sim never arrived, therefore no cashback either. Very poor considering I need to switch provider as I have no signal at home with orange - vodaphone have lost a potential customer.
