Filled in a missing cashback claim for this retailer in December. Original offer was cashback for existing customers. Reason i have just received on why it was declined was because i was an existing customer. Struggling to find the logic there!!!

Does anyone actually get their cashback from Vision Direct? I appear to be one of very many people who initially has Cashback tracked and then it's denied because of 'terms and conditions'. The 10% cashback is very appealing but I'm getting the sense that this is rarely, if ever, paid out. What are these 'Terms and conditions' and why aren't they clearer when you first make the order?

Refused a cashback claim as I used a voucher, as is normally the policy. However the code I used was on cashback site and specifically stated could be used along with cashback. Annoyed me enough to make me use the competition next time, as it makes me wonder what they would do in the case of a product issue.

Exceptionally good customer service, very helpful, very efficient.
Not quite the cheapest on the internet, but close enough to become a returning customer, even if only for the very fast delivery service and the customer support.
Cashback as a first time customer is good too - and it tracked and moved to payable in about a week - excellent ;)
