	Goods quickly received and well packaged. UNFORTUNATELY...ordered 29/06/12 and still failed to track the cashback so the hassle of a manual tcb claim has had to be raised for the £9.98 (10.1%).

	Although the product and ordering experience have both been very good, the cashback has been appalling. I have purchased twice from them and on both occasions they have failed to track or honour the cashback.

	I've used this Get Lenses twice and both times I've had to submit a manual claim for the cashback after it tracked correctly at first but then later turned to £0 despite a genuine and correct claim. The first time they did pay up eventually. I assumed this was just bad luck and submitted another order recently which has also just turned to £0 so I'm going to submit another manual claim. If they pay up it will be worth it but you have to be tenacious and be willing to put in a claim.

	Well it said £10 for a new member if the order was over £20 and I signed up, bought there and then and got £1.37!!!!!!!! Not happy with this link. I could then have got it cheaper in the High Street :(((((

	Decent price and quick delivery, the cashback was confirmed quickly,but is now showing as declined -not impressed!

	Bought lenses, had a pop-up that the cash-back tracked, but never received it. TopCashBack did their best to chase for me, but to no avail as GetLenses basically refused to pay up. Never had a problem with any other merchant on this site, won't be using GetLenses again.

	Lenses arrived very quickly and cash back also appeared very quickly. It went to confirmed and then changed to cashback declined. I have put in a claim for no cashback and if it is not resolved will not use again and will advise my friends not to use the site. Shame such an excellent lens provider feels unable to honour cashback.

	Cashback initially tracked then went to zero, made a claim & despite their terms & cond for cashback being met it was declined. 1 strip was half empty, contacted cs but they didn't offer any solution, saying I must've dropped them whilst opening the pack, having been a contact user for over 20yrs its not something I would do 5 times in a row in 1 day. Will never use again

	They sent the wrong lenses for one eye! There was no picking/checking data on the delivery note but I was informed they had muddled two orders up. But instead of apologising and sending immediate replacements they made this dependent on me and the other customer returning the wrong lenses first. 3 weeks after ordering (and paying for) my lenses, I still haven't got them, or a guaranteed delivery date. No compensation/refund has been offered, despite asking. I have bought solutions from this company for years - this is my first foray into buying lenses by mail order, so to say I am extremely disappointed is an understatement. I thought I would warn other Topcashbackers...

	Cashback didn't track & eventually declined as didn't meet terms & conditions, since I followed the topcashback link, used the code provided by get lenses for a new customer discount that was supposed to work with the cashback, spent far more than the qualifying amount, I am not sure why. Several lenses missing from 2 packs & cs didn't want to know. Will not be using them again.
