Ordered lenses on 18/02/2013 - did not receive my lenses until about 4 weeks later. Apparently they had sent my lenses but I never received them and then pretty much accused me of actually receiving the lenses! So after complaining they sent another batch out which thankfully I received. The transaction didn't track and so had to manually submit missing cashback. To date, now well over a year, no sign of response from Get Lenses re: cashback. Will not be ordering again in the future.

My cashback was never tracked with this vendor from a purchase in October. My query took a very long time for them to review and cashback was subsequently declined. The reason they provided for this was an invalid code was used - I was a new customer and they provided me with a discount code for my first purchase! I wouldn't use them again.

Get Lenses did not honour cashback, simply stating “Did not meet terms and conditions”.
Will certainly look elsewhere to get my lenses in the future!

Total farce. Bought from them twice and both times the cashback wasn't tracked. One claim has been denied and the generic reason is "not met terms and conditions" (which weren't even stipulated??)
Won't be buying from here again. Lost out on around £23 worth of cashback. Rather go to Contacts Universe.

Cashback tracked but then declined as didn't meet terms & conditions, since I followed the topcashback link, used the code provided by Get Lenses for a new customer discount I have no idea why but I would not recommend or use these again.

Lenses arrived very quickly and cash back also appeared very quickly. It went to confirmed and then changed to cashback declined.
I have put in a claim for no cashback and if it is not resolved will not use again and will advise my friends not to use the site.
Shame such an excellent lens provider feels unable to honour cashback.

Ordered 3 months worth of lenses some months ago. Very fast delivery & perfect product. Just sent off an order for more lenses. Like always I have to lodge a ticket to get cashback tracked, however once I've sent the ticket in all of my cashbacks track no problem, just waiting for pay out.

Cashback initially tracked then went to zero, made a claim & despite their terms & cond for cashback being met it was declined.
1 strip was half empty, contacted cs but they didn't offer any solution, saying I must've dropped them whilst opening the pack, having been a contact user for over 20yrs its not something I would do 5 times in a row in 1 day.
Will never use again

They sent the wrong lenses for one eye!
There was no picking/checking data on the delivery note but I was informed they had muddled two orders up. But instead of apologising and sending immediate replacements they made this dependent on me and the other customer returning the wrong lenses first.
3 weeks after ordering (and paying for) my lenses, I still haven't got them, or a guaranteed delivery date.
No compensation/refund has been offered, despite asking.
I have bought solutions from this company for years - this is my first foray into buying lenses by mail order, so to say I am extremely disappointed is an understatement.
I thought I would warn other Topcashbackers...

Very cheap lenses, were out of stock, arrived a week late which was not a problem.
Cashback did not track, TCB chased tham and manual claim was rejected by Get Lenses because "I did not meet the terms & conditions"
Do not buy if relying on getting the cashback

Several lenses missing from 2 packs & cs didn't want to know.
Will not be using them again.

Found my usual lenses at a cheap price, used the discount code to reduce the price even further.
Had an email to say they were out of stock, lenses arrived a week later.
Cashback has not tracked, raised a manual claim....nudged TCB on a few occasions and no response.

Quick delivery and service but showed cashback amount initialy and then a day later showing cashback as zero. My usual online supplier of contact lenses is not on the topcashback site so this is why i went with Get lenses. I will be putting in a lost cashback claim and if they don't honour it i won't be using them again.

My last purchase from this retailer resulted in a non-tracked cashback, and I had to submit a query to topcashback. It took a while, but I finally got the correct amount tracked and payable straight away - thanks for topcashback for sorting this out.

Ordered from get Lenses 4 days ago because of the
price and discount offered but no sign of the lenses.
I logged onto their site and my account shows my order as
AWAITING STOCK! - no mention of this when i went through the order process. They have also deducted the order amount
from my credit card and no CASHBACK has been credited to my
TCB account. I will give them a couple of days and then try
to cancel my order ( thank goodness I used a credit card for the purchase)
