Hi, just wondering if you would still qualify with the the 'triple 14' boundle. This consists of a L broadband (10mb), M phone (weekends free) and M tv (45 channels). Also a while ago the cashback offer was a £150, do you think it will ever go back to this same figure?

Everything tracked quickly and Virgin were great for getting set up. My £130 cashback is still not payable and I can see that TCB are no longer offering cashback from Virgin Media. I am now concerned about whether I will be getting my cashback at all?!

absolute shocker!!! tried to take up £150 cashback deal. Was tracked and confirmed, got an initial email then virgin 'lost' my order and so had to do again - no longer valid for cashback! Very unhelpful customer service.

Cashback tracked within 24 hrs but for £130 not £150, however this appears to be under review by TCP and hopefully will be corrected within a few hours. Hope the installation etc goes as smoothly.

TCP are aware that £130 instead of £150 is being shown - thi is from their enquires section: Known Current Issues: Virgin Media tracking Lower Please note that the transactions that are eligible for the £150.00 cashback offer, may initially track at £130.00. One of my friend has recommeded this website to order Virgin Cable Sales bundle i.e. £150 cashback offer. I have registered with this site got welcome email but now when I am pressing 'Continue to Merchant', it leads me to the normal website of Virgin Media where I can't see anything except normal offers! Please tell me what to do now?
