For some reason my cashback never tracks, the cash back guys a great about it though, seems like I wait an age for my cashback, still got it this time, now upto £450 cashback earnt.

After 4 months not tracked, no sign of payment, sent TCB two nudges, poor customer experience virgin media, at the end of my 12 months mr branson will be told were to stick it.

Avoid no cashback, Manual claim but still waiting for Virgin to respond to TCB. If you order and does not track try and cancel and apply again and again until it tracks.

I'm still waiting for £65 cashback from November 2008. Tracked ok but as soon as it became payable it went to £0. No explanation and still waiting. If they were going to honour the cashback I think I would have had it by now. It's a shame as the broadband service is good.
