It has been over 6 months and still no comment or tracking from Virgin was expecting £130 but it has still not acknowledged, typical virgin.... really disappointing.

went for full cable sale on 10th april 2010. still waiting for the £120 cashback 4 months on. topcashback and me have yet to hear from virgin about it at all after all this time. doubt if we ever will somehow. terrible. would be nice if this could be chased up with a lot more vigour now. have currently lost all hope.

Wow it really worked!
I had previously tried to haggle a good offer at the Virgin Media stall in the local shopping centre, but eventually walked away as they wouldn't or couldn't get anywhere near this. I would recommend this cashback link.

I signed up with Virgin when they were offering £150 cashback. That was back in March... they never tracked my order, which was the main reason for me choosing them over Sky, I am still waiting for my missing enquiry to be dealt with by them... so far nothing :(

After 4 months not tracked, no sign of payment, sent TCB two nudges, poor customer experience virgin media, at the end of my 12 months mr branson will be told were to stick it.

Avoid no cashback, Manual claim but still waiting for Virgin to respond to TCB. If you order and does not track try and cancel and apply again and again until it tracks.
