Ordered VIrgin full bundle in January. Problems initially tracking. Order has tracked and I have been 'Waiting for retailer' for several months now. Disappointing especially reading other reviews saying they tracked in a few weeks.

Beware - my cashback from a VM "Full House" did not and has still not tracked (for over £100)... TCB say it could take "several months" to "review" my claim. Don't make my mistake and base a purchase you can't afford on a cashback offer. I'm not sure I'll ever understand why this process is not straightforward - or how these firm can advertise offers without any certainty whatsoever that they will be honoured. Pointless.
