Avoid this merchant if you are using them because of good cashback rates. They waited until just after the 12 month claim period before declining mine with no reason. As they waiting until just after the 12 weeks, you cannot submit a claim for missing cashback and support have said there is nothing they can do about it. Avoid as you won't get your cashback

DREADFUL! Avoid using them via TopCashBack! The Experience Days Team are great, their affiliate team are dreadful! We purchased an experience 11th December 2019. Over one YEAR later they declined it. We've paid them, they've happily taken the money, they've then waited over a YEAR to decline it.

I use Top cashback for all online purchases. It's great to have the cashback building up in the background to use either in my bank, on Paypal or through a wide variety of gift cards and other spending options. It gives me a treat for purchases I was already making. in/Win :)

I received a payout voucher from this site with £20.25 bonus payout for Virgin Experince, Virgin Experience then used this as an excuse to decline my cashback of £56... do not recommend as I would have been £36 better off if I just went with cash payout
