Declined my cashback
I completed my purchase with virgin and see that it didn’t track so I had to submit a claim.
Today the update is that virgin declined my cashback due to use of promo code.
I have my email receipt, no promo code was used. I think virgin are just a rip off.

Don't Trust This Retailer
Twice I've bought from them using the referral link from the Top Cashback website, two times they have declined my claim saying that I used a referral link from elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Dishonest retailer
This retailer has refused to payout cashback on the last 5 occasions when I've made a purchase with them through topcashback, citing that the topcashback site was not the last referral prior to making the purchase
I have been a topcashback member for years and have received cashbacks from this retailer before so I know the exact procedure to follow.
They should be immediately removed from being a topcashback retailer so one on else gets cheated into thinking they will receive cashback from them after making a purchase because you simply won't get anything from them.

Would not use this company again. I had to give the order number in at least 4 times. Kept showing 0.00 on my pay out.
Sorted in the end but took months.
