I was wary of Viking due to the free delivery being withdrawn and a few bad comments but i think they are excellent in general. My order didn't run smoothly as i didn't realise i had to add the free chocs to my basket and confirmed without them, i then missed the 1st delivery. I rescheduled delivery but it came out again the next day rather than when requested but the goods were left with a neighbour and Viking rang to ensure that i was aware that they had been left. My chocs were sent on a seperate delivery for me and have arrived today. Not everything was perfect but i was kept informed throughout and the staff on Customer Services are excellent, extremely polite and helpful.I'll be using them again.

What an unusual shopping experience! They have so many gifts available when you buy different products, you can spend ages considering all the options. I plumped for a free Morphy Richards slow cooker (worth £23.63 at current prices on Amazon, Comet, Dixons) when I bought 3 packs of envelopes (which cost just £19.77 total). Also a laser printer (at half-price discount & works perfectly), printer paper and of course their big tin of Celebrations chocolates free with every order. Free delivery too as I'd spent over £30. Ordered Saturday morning, cashback of 9.09% tracked on Sunday and items delivered to me on Tuesday. I was worried about the cashback not working as the link initially went to the business side of Viking's website (the one where everything is quoted ex-vat and is meant for business customers only). I switched to their consumer site with the link top-right to actually do my spending, yet it still tracked ok. Very happy customer and I will look at their website regularly to see what else they offer in the future. One last thing, they accept Paypal in addition to credit/debit cards. Great for me as I get to spend the money I've accumulated doing online surveys :)

Did not get my free chocolates nor extras offered with goods, quite disappointed with that but did get the stuff fast and cashback tracked. I have emailed customer services but don't hold out much hope.

Wow - transaction tracked within hours. Remarkable service and it's great to see the interaction between a retailer like Viking and my favourite site Topcashback. Any pennies saved in these hard times are very welcome and I feel really impressed that my money is well on it's way - beforethe goods I ordered are even on their way!!

What a funny website. If you go to their offer section & buy 3 boxes of envelopes for £18 you get free slow cooker worth £40 and free box of chocolates (delivery £2.50) + cashback 9% :) :) Than you can sell the envelopes on ebay (if you don't need them) for £5 each & you are actually making money & receiving almost free slow cooker & chocolates :) :) Fun

Not bad, either way. If you need some office supplies then it's probably worth it. or I saw them at Sainsbury's for £5 for one.

It is completely irresponsible to encourage people to order a 20p pencil sharpener in order to get some free chocolates. A van/truck will have to drive from the warehouse to deliver that item, with huge amounts of fuel and packaging used. It's encouraging environmental damage, wastage and greed.

They we're clearly using a fake offer as a publicity stunt and a way to get 1000's of new members.

Annoying as it is, mistakes happen. I am sure Viking will not miss all the freeloaders trying to take advantage of their promotion by buying 20 pence pencil sharpeners. So all the threats of boycotts and reporting to authorities just makes us member's look like a load of wallies. I know there is no age limit to join TCB, but I never knew they had babies registered on here!

The code doesn't work so even buying the cheapest item 19p sharpener costs £3.71, you can get a 1kg tin of celebrations in stores near to Christmas for £5 so when I don't need a sharpener and can get larger chocs this is just another complete waste of time.............. thanks for nothing Topcashback and Viking :(

sadly the code for free P&P is not working. They've got my email address now so I'll make sure I unsubscribe from the newsletter. If they can't be bothered to honour the code I can't be bothered with them or their emails... simples!

Sat 10:38 The code does not work. Forget it! I believe someone at TCB is creating a job for themselves creating these false promotions that just waste customers time. I entered a TCB competition earlier in the year that said the 'winners names would appear here' Weeks later after not appearing I just gave up, makes me wonder if it was genuine.
