Bought Velvet 2 X18 loo rolls delivered free, cheaper than Tesco, Asda etc only drawback is the 3 months Viking make you wait for the cashback.

Terrible - Ordered wide format paper for busy office, paper that was delivered was 10 meters shorter and not as advertised! Viking say sorry but 2 weeks later they are still advertising incorrectly! Rip off! How many other items are not as advertised!! Avoid and use any of the other office suppliers!

After PAYING for my goods and waiting a week longer than expected delivery date i called viking only to be told my item was not sent because of a bad credit check .... They checked my credit without my permission?? i hope not. but if they had it would have been fine,, But why check my credit? i PAID via paypal!
The item i ordered was very cheap.. oh look now its not listed on the site anymore..
So what i guess happened is they advertised wrong price.

Orders not tracking correctly. When submitting a claim, they demand an order ID. This is not provided in e-mails or order history, and only ever given the moment you order the products, on the confirmation page. Makes it very difficult to receive cashback.

Was good at the begging although slow to payout.
Last few month are just horrible, few untracked... two declined for no reason...

Spent over £2000 with these in 3 separate transactions. Waited over 1 year for cashback resolution only to to be told I was not getting anything so have lost about £100-£150 over this. Don't have this problem with any other companies. Discusted with them and will not use them again!

Bought MS office and a USB drive 3 months ago and its not tracked. Lodges a claim after 1 month and still nothing. Avoid at all costs especially considering Viking are not the cheapest to begin with.

Utter garbage, did not track so i opened a claim for it. Its now 2 months on and still no joy. I would advise to steer clear of viking based on my cashback experience.

I use this retailer a lot, cashback tracks really quickly, pays out quite quickly too.
The orders are delivered very promptly and when I have needed to return somethhing is is easy to do.
Highly recommended.
