	Did not honour cadhback Promised a cashback for buying home insurance through their site but did not follow up with promised payment despite the purchase being tracked.

	Cashback paid but it took a long time I took out a home insurance policy via Uswitch on 12th February and it was paid today. I did query the long delay with Topcashback only last week and received a very swift and helpful response saying that some companies take quite some time to release Cashback. From my experience this is particularly true of companies. They tend to want to wait until your policy has been in force for several months but I felt just under 8 months was a little too long. All I can say is be patient.

	Home insurance Took from February for cashback to become payable in October. Tracked as zero all 8 months. i will be avoiding in future due to the long wait.

	A cautionary tale... I used Uswitch to switch broadband and energy supplier. Both transactions got confirmed but only one was paid which I queried. Turns out they will only pay 1 cashback every 10 months so beware if looking to switch multiple services it is best cashback wise to only use Uswitch for one of them and use different comparison cashback for the others.

	Never pay out and refused your cashback Never pay out even after 11 months, lodge the claim to topcashback and the claim got declined even I bought the home insurance through them 11 months ago. Avoid at all cost , uswitch never pay

	Cashback Declined Do Not Use Uswitch Why is Topcashback still allowing this company to get business from them when they (Uswitch) renage on there obligations and back out of paying what they advertised? Does Topcashback still get it's referral fee???????? I will not use Uswitch again and I implore anyone on here to not use them in the hope of some money cashback.

	Like the majority of reviewers here... had the cashback declined. No reason given, I suspect as others do, this is scam behaviour and has certainly tainted my opinion of both Uswitch and TCB

	Cashback denied- it's a scam I got home insurance. The cashback did influence my decision. It's come back as being declined. Its a scam. They have no intention of giving you any cashback. I am not happy! I would give zero stars if I could.

	Way to long to pay Deal was to earn cashback after purchasing insurance and making at least 3x monthly payments - had to chase and chase via top cashback to get this cash back around 8 months and not worth the hassle

	Declined cashback Took very long and then declined my cashback, £35. As we often choose what site to use by the price and cashback removed so probably ended up paying more. Would stick to the main comparison sites, go compare, topcashback compare and Compare the market.

	DECLINED CASHBACK AFTER 6 MONTHS Used Uswitch for my home insurance in January. Had tracked but then after 6 months it mysteriously declined. Have never had this issue with Go Compare, Compare the market, MoneySupermarket. Will stick to these in the future and would recommend NOT using Uswitch.

	Crooks! Declined my cashback for no apparent reason... Similar story from other users. I have their comparison quote and the insurer email proving that I used them I bought on the same transaction.

	Scam As per lots of others my cashback has been declined after a few months for no reason. Will never use these jokers again and intend to bad review them everywhere. TCB should remove them

	Declined After 3 months my cashback went from pending to declined without reason. I am certain i met all the terms and conditions . It's not surprising the reviews for this merchant are so poor.

	Cashback payout took too long 7 months for payout is too long (August to March) and not as advertised. Much better experience with other suppliers. Would hesitate using USwitch option again over others via Top Cashback. Always receive good Top Cashback customer service.
