	24 weeks for cashback I took out a home insurance via Uswitch in April 2023. It took 20 weeks for the cashback to become confirm then another 4 weeks for it become payable.I do not know why Topcashback keep claiming estimate time is 12 weeks when in fact it is double that.

	Cashback payout took too long 7 months for payout is too long (August to March) and not as advertised. Much better experience with other suppliers. Would hesitate using USwitch option again over others via Top Cashback. Always receive good Top Cashback customer service.

	Follow It Up!!! Due to my cashback being refused, and TopCashBack being unable to get Uswitch to cough up, I made a direct complaint to Uswitch, advising they shouldn't make offers that they were not willing to honour. I gave them the exact same info I had given on my missing cashback claim. From being told previously they were unable to find my original purchase, they suddenly were able to find it and my TCB account has not been credited with cashback!!!

	No code sent! After filling in the form, asked for code sent to email address!! no code sent, what a waste of time site, will not use uswitch for quotes in the future.

	Six months to refuse cashback I purchased home insurance through Uswitch. After six months, Uswitch declined my cashback. I'm not sure how a company can think this is good business sense – they have saved themselves some cashback for only the cost of their reputation and all future business.

	Scam Artists Scam Artists Used Uswitch on 06 Jun 2023 to order a policy via one the quotes that came up. They are claiming they cannot trace my purchase despite me having screenshots of the quote and policy number taken out. Could have saved money going elsewhere. Learnt my lesson here WILL NEVER USE TOPCASHBACK EVER AGAIN - THEY WERE NO HELP WHATSOEVER !

	Don't Bother Did a quote via them on 10/6/23. Took a policy via one the quotes that came on via U switch. They are claiming they cannot trace/no record.

	Took double the average time to get my cash back I took out a home insurance policy using U Switch on 1st of January 2023. The average time TopCashback stated on its website that it would take to reach payable was 12 weeks. After this time had elapsed I contacted TopCashback to chase the cash back, only to be told that it was dependent on the retailer to decide when they would pay. I chased them again on numerous occasions to no good effect until, finally, this week after more than 23 weeks had elapsed since I first took out the policy, the cash back finally reach payable. Hopeless. Will never use U switch ever again as this is an unacceptable length of time to wait. Two to three months is fair but almost six months is a joke. If I had waited much longer they probably would have been asking me to renew the policy.

	I have waited 6 months for my cashback to show If I hadn`t realised then I wouldn`t have got anything . I had to query it with Customer Service 6 months later

	3.5 months later and still nothing My cashback remains pending after nearly 4 months. No retailer has taken this long for any other cashback I've received. I've reached out to customer service who have said I just need to keep waiting for the company to verify I purchased insurance through it. I won't be using them again.
