Declined cashback
As per multiple other reviews, the retailer declined the cash back. This has been 18 months I have been waiting, infact I have just renewed my contract. Everything tracked fine and now the cashback has been declined by USwitch despite the fact, I was a new customer, taking out a new deal, no discount or voucher was used and the transaction was completed online. Waste of time bothering to do it through them when I could havr just gone to Virgin directly and still got a new customer incentive.

Wouldn't give them any stars if there was the option. Waiting for cashback since 10th September! Scammers.... and TopCashback must be aware of this due to the amount of negative reviews therefore in my opinion they are equally responsible! Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!

As suspected, too good to be true.
No cashback received after using their services to switch broadband provider. I did everything I should have, but of course it will declined. I will never be using their services again out of principle whether there is cashback involved or not.

One year on... still no cashback!!!!!!!!!
My broadband purchase in Dec 2024 didn't track. I raised the issue with Top Cashback who submitted a claim to USwitch at the beginning of June 2025. It's now 1 year + after the purchase date and still no cashback.

11 months to decline eligible purchase
Used them few years ago with no issues, on this occasion took 11 months to decline a broadband claim from Aug 2024. As more than 180 days ago, can't even file a claim through TCB, looks to be the new normal for uSwitch going by other recent reviews so will avoid from now on.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! You will not get your cashback, they are a scam. They lure you in with a big cashback but you will never see it. Why does Topcashback even have these clowns in their retailers?

Don't bother
No cashback and still pending after 8 months. Purchase was in August 2024, information on topcashback states they last recieved payments in April 25 for purchases in December 24....... mine was before this yet still nothing. Odd or misinformation by topcashback

Waited four months to be declined
Obviously don't make decisions based on cashback, but after being let down I'll simply not use USwitch again. You're better off using another comparison site.

Never Use Uswitch
I will not use Uswitch again in the future, no matter how high the cashback they claim, because there is a high chance you will not get it. Both of my orders (SIM and broadband) were changed to confirmed status after a 4-month wait, and then changed to decline two weeks after confirmation, with no reason given for the rejection. If you don't want to give cashback, please don't deceive consumers.

Worked for me
Followed the guidelines when signing up to Cuckoo Internet. Received £80 give card from them and £80 cashback from Uswitch. No monthly increases for 24 months also from the ISP.

Don’t bother with this merchant if you are expecting to get cash back ,waited 6 months then declined as with most of the reviews on here

Avoid Uswitch - there's a pattern of purchases not tracking
15 days after I purchased broadband via Uswitch, the purchase hadn't tracked. I therefore raised a claim on 29 Dec 2024 for 'Missing Cashback' with Top Cashback. I have since received an email from Top Cashback stating that my claim would be put on ice until 24 April 2025 after which they would submit my claim to Uswitch to review. That far too long. I doubt I will see this cashback before autumn 2025, if at all. Uswitch/Top Cashback - it's clear that there are issues with purchases tracking. Please get them sorted.

Avoid using USwitch for cashback!
Purchased broadband through USwitch in July. Here we are in December and still nothing. Wish I read the reviews before deciding to go though them as everyone seems to have the same problem. Avoid using Uswitch!

Useless... doesn't track and claim hold period keeps changing
doesn't track and after submitting claim the hold period keeps changing... originally said couldn't be submitted to them till september, then that changed to november, now again has changed to december... don't know if this is uswitch or starting to think its topcashback themselves
