Impossible to check order number
Absolutely shambles of a company. Promise cashback, and then hide the order number, making it impossible to claim it. Customer service is useless. They ignore the problem they created by simply responding with formatted answers that don't even relate to this. They simply don't care. I lost trust in them. Stay away, and use deliveroo instead.
