Already left a bad review last week when my order never arrived after 2 hours. For some reason I thought I'd give them another go tonight. 'Maybe they had a bad night?' The second they added the first 10 minute delay I was so confident it wouldn't arrive I drove to McDonald's, ate, drove home, and they still hadn't found a driver an hour and a half later. Baring in mind I PREORDERED 4 HOURS BEFORE. The guy at 'customer service' didn't even try explain how this happened, just refunded me and hung up. Shut them down! Worst delivery service I have ever used.

Great at first as all money was quickly paid into account - since may though none of the transactions have tracked. I have been purchasing on average at least 1 order per week.

used to be good when it tracked and pay out used to be quick. no more though..hasn't tracked since may. worst delivery company ever, items always missing from order and customer service is a joke. im so glad deliveroo are now in my area. will never use uber eats again.

Hasn't tracked yet again, fed up with this lot. Also, tried contacting them with a problem with my order, their customer services give you the runaround and then don't bother responding, terrible experience, shame on you Uber Eats.
