Declined for no reason
I used Trip.com link to book two separate flights. Both transactions went through fine and no voucher was used. But neither of the purchases tracked and when I lodged a claim, they declined my cashback. Awful retailer

Their excuse was that I have used a different referral but in fact I have only used topcashback. Ridiculous.

They won't pay any large transactions
In short I did everything by the book, being extremely careful to have nothing that would interfere between topcashback and the site. Used no vouchers as well. With cashback nearly £45, I was disappointed to see this not tracking, but I submitted a claim anyway. This came negative quite quickly - with topcashback declining to pursue this as well! Totally disappointed. Do avoid Trip.com.

I lost a hefty amount of cashback because Trip.com claimed I did not use topcashback as the last channel to make my booking, which is a lie. I used no-one else. AVOID!!!
