	Incorrect cashback I made few orders, and amount of cashback calculated incorrectly. All time. I submitted a ticket requesting to double check and recalculate or clarify and haven’t received any feedback. As far it is repeated issue I think I will stop using this not working and bad service.

	Trip dot com Always a good, honest rate, Trip.com also pays quickly. This is useful. They pay cashback on a fair variety of services too.

	Always tracked in minutes but.... Always Tracked in minutes but check as they don't always track the right percentage etc. But never a problem with tracking!!

	Super fast payout Booked hotels and rail tickets in the summer through Trip.com. The pay out was as soon as just over 3 weeks after the completion of trips. All of my 4 separate bookings were paid out which is super comparing with many other retailers. Highly recommended! *** A friendly reminder: DONT use discount codes not approved by TOPCASHBACK, including the codes from the retailer itself!

As far it is repeated issue I think I will stop using this not working and bad service.

	Payment confirmed at £0.00 I used Trip via topcashback.co.uk to buy several train journeys and none have resulted in any cashback. Very disappointing.

	We love buying air tickets from Trip.com We love buying air tickets with Trip.com and got cash back from Topcashback, the ticket fare often is cheaper than the airline official website, don't know why, but it is true, but it will be nicer if the cashback amount is higher since we have spent nearly thousand pounds for one international long haul ticket.

	Booking fees wipes out any cashback so i will eventually get about 40p cashback from this purchase but the booking fee they now charge is £1.26! Will not be using this site any more.

	MOST RELIABLE CASHBACK Unlike alot of other companies cashback on trip.com seems to track very quickly and there is never a fuss with paying out. Well done trip.com

	Tracked at £0 and not paid Retailer tracked at £0 and I assumed would update but remained that way; I raised a claim when it was converted to payable (still at £0) which was denied by the merchant.

	Don't bother Cash back tracked and confirmed at £0. Sent missing cashback claim. 4 months later cashback has already been rewarded ??. Should have been £4 for a flight to new York. Won't bother using again
